So I've come to this location a few times and always seem to get the same, unfriendly girl. People around that area might know who I'm talking about (her name starts with a T). I approached and she said "what are you gonna get?" I was surprised at how she said it and said "excuse me?" And she continued with "what are going to have?" There was no "Hi, welcome to starbucks, how are you?" No smile or warm welcome. When my drink was ready, she just placed it and said here. I visit different starbucks about 3-4 times a week and always find that their employees are happy and friendly, except this location inside smiths. She needs to be retrained on customer service and how to simply crack a smile every now and then.
