Cleanliness and quality customer service is not their priority. After a long day of Travel and delays at the airport I was excited to finally reach this place to check into a clean and comfy room for a few days. Well sadly that was not the case, my room was not clean, the hotel was full, and because it was late night I had to stay the night. The linen was dirty so i slept fully clothed and put my throw coverd over the pillow and sheets. I checked out the next morning and later called management to report my experience. The male manager on duty the morning of 8/11 had no empathy. I would never stay there again nor recommend anyone else to. P.S I wish I could post the pictured with this review. They never should have allowed anyone to stay in this room without properly cleaning everything. Guest opinions matter, so much so my company will not be reserving this hotel for our group's future training travel either. -C.A.
