It's amazing how one employee can ruin everything. I've been going to this Visionworks for the last few years and had nothing but good things to say about them...until now. I had an issue with my new lenses being blurry so I went back to have them check to make sure there weren't any flaws or if there was an issue with the lense. I was greeted by Tamara who was nothing but rude. Rather than willingly helping me, I felt like she was interrogating me to make it seem like I was the one wrong about the perscription, constantly telling me "well I can't see anything wrong with it and this is your perscription." Frustrated I just asked them to redo the right lense, which they couldn't do that day so she asked that I come drop them back in the next day to get work done. I worked the next day, so I asked if I can just leave it overnight, which she even gave me crap for saying she prefer I come in and drop it off the next day because she doesn't work until 3pm. I literally had to fight to have her allow me to leave my glasses there overnight...are you kidding me? A few days later my glasses were still blurry so I decided to just return them for a refund. Unfortunately Tamara was working again and greeted me. The store was obviously busy so I'm not mad at the fact that she had a lot of things to do, but her demeanor and obvious frustration was just ridiculous. I asked for the refund, which she said she will do but I had to wait 20 minutes for a receipt, followed by a snarky remark about her already helping a ton of other people before me. Hmm...ok...no reason to be rude. At this point I still want new glasses so decided to ask for my old prescription that I am currently using. As soon as I asked for it she literally cut me off and said I'm going to have to wait because it's too busy. Pissed at this point, I sat down and waited for someone else to become available. Someone else did, Tamara saw and started pulling up my prescription. I went to her and told her I was actually looking for my old prescription because I feel the new one was incorrect. She said she can't give that to me. I asked if I should see the doctor again and once again a snippy remark about "yea you can but not right now I said I'm busy with other people." Thanks to Tamara, visionworks has lost my business forever. Amazing how someone like that could even work in a customer service industry. Completely disappointed.
