I was not happy a week ago when I was at the store. Firstly, I was advised it may take 20 mins and then an hour passed, no one acknowledge me. I had to ask someone when will ot be my turn. This was on a Sunday. There were a few staffs around. I think the least someone could do is to check on me. Edgar approached me later and he was one of the pleasant staff. Spoke with him about the issue I had with my phone & we had to send it in for repairs. I was introduced to Sandra who was very cool, polite n professional throughout the transaction of the loaner phone. She was the reason of my 5stars. I appreciate her and very thankful that Sprint hires one of the best to be there to cater to the customers. Thanks Sandra! You are the Best!
