I visited Urban Jungle Friday morning during the summer and it was a total headache to get checked in. They were fixing the main entrance doors which caused a HUGe backup to get signed in. I waited in line with my two children for 15 minutes only to be told that I needed to sign the waiver first. There were no signs or any announcements that said I needed to do so first. After expressing my disappointment and frustration with the entire process the staff were kind and told me after I filled out the waiver that I could skip to the front of the line. I was also given free sticky socks for myself and my 2 children. They were very accommodating! I do think they need to work out the kinks with sign in. When I left the line was triple in length at about 11 am.
The actual place is amazing! My kids and I had a great time! There is so much to do. My kids are 4 and 2 and we were able to do everything! They did have a play area for kids 5 and under. I was happily surprised that the the area was not as babyish as most under 5 places are. The entire facility was clean and really well laid out!
This place is a trek for us we live in scottsdale and it was easily a 30 minute drive with no traffic. However it was well worth the drive! We will visit again soon.
