Every bad car experience I have ever had, has been at Surprise Ford. Since I bought the car from them a few years ago, I have had more things break and feel like I'm at the service center so often I should just live there. My most recent trip to Surprise Ford has by far been the most ridiculous. I went for transmission issues (my transmission has gone out 3 times in 3 years) and was told I also needed my AC fixed and new engine mounts. I was then told the extended warranty I bought when I purchased the car did not cover these repairs, and that the work would cost me $600. I refused to have the work done at Ford and took it to a wonderful family mechanic that I often use instead of Ford. They called my warranty company who told them those repairs were in fact covered by my warranty and that I would just have to pay them a deductible for going outside of a Ford for the work. Now I'm not sure if Ford genuinely did not know how to find out that my warranty covered the repairs (which is a HUGE issue) or if they were trying to deceive me. Either way, I will be so happy the day I can get rid of my Ford vehicle and choose a car company and a dealership that is more able and willing to assist me, instead of creating more issues at every turn.
