Went to purchase tickets online. After paying for two tickets ($91) was redirected to the Ticketmaster website to download the tickets. For some unknown reason I was unable to establish a Ticketmaster account. Contacted the Coyotes ticket administration who not only were unable to assist but also would not/ could not rectify the situation. They couldn't even change the tickets to "Will Call". The person I talked to denied that there was anyone senior to her but her final words before she hung up were, "Sucks to be you". Extremely disappointed with the Coyotes management personnel.
