I have hated going to the dentist and avoided it for many years. No "chair-side" manner, pain during appointments, and other problems kept me from going PERIOD. Even though I was referred to this practice by a friend, it still took me about two years before I went! First visit (consult appointment) was like night and day from everything I'd ever experienced before. Dr. Douglas and his staff are amazing. They make everything easy for you and they put you at ease. It's obvious that they know what they're doing but they're also very personable. AND...no pain! I didn't even feel the Novocaine shots he gave and that is unheard of for me. I can actually say that I found a dentist that I will have no problem going back to.
