What's not to love about ice cream? I think it's pretty hard to have bad ice cream.
The ice cream here is good, and they do have some nice specialties and options. However, sometimes the service is spotty. It strikes me as the kind of place that makes most of its money off tourists that come up the incline - since most of its customers aren't regulars, they don't have to have great service.
That said, I live in the neighborhood and still go fairly regularly, since it's convenient and the quality is good. However, if I REALLY want good ice cream, I always head down to Page's Dairy Mart.
