I frequent this Sears location because my wife loves the tool section. She always likes to go and see what they have on sale. I always notice that the showers are bare or that the packaging os often damaged in products.
My wife is frequently disappointed by this Sears as they don't usually have the supplies or tools she is looking for. The shelves have dust and old looking products. There are good sales on some products. I also appreciate that they stoke and supply Craftsman products.
The customer service is usually terrible at this place. The employees don't go out of their way to help you when you can find one. I'm rarely greeted or ask if I need an assistance. I did lose my keys here once, and they did find them for me!
