Electronic reservation kiosk is a sham, they just want you to walk around and gamble / drink. When you get there put your name in and get in line, no point to come back at your assigned time as you still must wait in the exact same line.
Food is pretty solid, just make sure to get the high value items such as crab legs. Don't waste precious stomach space on stuff like pizza.
Key thing to note: steamed crab legs are in the back and you get a giant plate. Don't get totally distracted by the chilled ones in front (although they are good as well)
Desert table has some high value items such as macaroons and gelato.
