I have to update my review after further speaking with the leasing staff at Juhl and stopping in yesterday to check the property out. I initially called and spoke with Sokha and she was great. Even though she knew I was the bad reviewer she was awesome to work with and invited us back in to see the upgrades, improvements, etc. We were actually the ones who were late this time and they were accommodating to us. I must admit the property was a lot nicer, cleaner and upgraded than when we toured prior over a year ago. The outdoor little seating area has a perfect view of the strip, gym was nice, ample parking underground and their leasing office was no longer in the lobby. The unit we toured was completely upgraded. It had nice wood flooring above the concrete, new backsplash, built in wine rack and really cool industrial feel with concrete walls. Overall it definitely changed my opinion of the place. Granted downtown is still downtown but the area has vastly improved and there's a big push to revitalize downtown. If you're looking for a cool building that's quiet and unique, definitely check them out. I could tell during the tour and with the communication after that Sokha definitely takes pride in her work and in the community. It's refreshing to work with someone like that.
