I admit I was a little hesitant at first to visit Seshi after reading some negative reviews on here. But I went ahead and bought a Groupon for a haircut, color and deep conditioning treatment ($59). The owner and hairdresser was able to see me right away (I called her beforehand to make sure my Groupon would be valid). She was polite and seemed to have gift for understanding hair color. I wanted a partial highlight and she used bleach as well as a separate caramel color that looked great. Not sure about the color, but the styling products and conditioner were all natural and smelled great. My only complaint was that they were a little understaffed (I was the only person there during a Tuesday afternoon until a couple people walked in she had to tend to) but she explained it was because a couple folks were on vacation still after Labor Day weekend. Overall, I am hard to please when it comes to my hair and I think Youn (the hairdresser) was talented and pleasant to work with.
