Had hotel concierge set up a shuttle for 9pm to the airport. Waited from 8:45-9:15 with nothing. Found a different shuttle and used them for a better price. Luckily for us we we gave ourselves extra time to get to our flight. At 10:15, hour and fifteen min after our pickup time I get a voice mail from these jokers asking if we still needed a ride. This is all after they said they would ONLY take someone to the airport 2 1/2 hours before their flight. Why make a statement like that and call an hour late to see if you still need a ride. Your better off asking a drunk hobo for a ride then this company. If I had the choice of using them again or walking I'll walk.
