Wish I had gone online to see reviews. Short of it..I moved and didn't use the membership but still paid thru my contract. After 4 attempts to contact someone to let them know I wasn't renewing after my year, still got billed monthly...who does that?? Was told by a staff member that I needed to come back into town and sign something to cancel the membership I decided to send a letter ( no fax lol) and apparently they didn't receive it so they billed me an extra month only after contacting corporate office did the manager leave me a voice message saying lucky for me she's going to cancel it now but will keep my last months payment because the letter wasnt sent registered mail. ...company for saps who still sign up with gyms I guess
