Great location near the highway, close to restaurant and shopping and the Mayo Clinic is nearby - all fantastic if you're in town and need to be reasonably close to Tempe or Phoenix or Scottsdale, which is what we needed. The staff are accommodating and friendly, and the rooms are clean and fairly well insulated so hearing neighbors above or next to the room isn't a problem. Since it's a RI it has the requisite kitchen with tools to eat in if desired. Bfast as well is included and it had the standard fare of eggs or yogurt etc and plenty of coffee. Overall the price was modest for the accommodations and it allowed our party of three plenty of room during our stay.
