One word, terrible. Stupid me. I have used them more than once and keep thinking they have to get better. But alas, I am wrong. This time around I ordered pizza. The expected wait time was 90 minutes. I am totally fine with that. It ended up being just short of 3 hours. When the food arrived it was stone cold. The driver said he had just gotten the order. When I called the office I got some lame excuses and they said they would take $10 off. I asked for the manager. I was told he was in the field and would return in 30 minutes. I told them I would like a call back from him and verified my number. No call of course. I then called the following day. I was told no manager was around. Again, please call back. Nothing. I called a third time and got a total run around eventually never actually reaching anyone who would claim to be a manager or take responsibility. I had used them before and had similar results with things taking too long (30-45 minutes longer than the original 90 minutes), food being cold and no one will take responsibility. I thought the previous times were just flukes due to it being the weekend and pretty busy. But honestly, I keep getting the same results regardless of when I order. I won't use them again. To add to the issues, they charge for delivery and immediately place a 15% gratuity on the charge. For this crappy a service I can see why. No one would ever tip them.
