2 days later my car gets towed/relocated because they didnt do repaving work on the scheduled date, they did it 2 days after it was scheduled without any notice. Spoke to a neighbor who experienced the same issue but she saw her car being towed and stopped it. Since I couldnt find my car I missed an appointment. Again the manager was useless, blamed it on the paving company which she obviously isnt communicating with if she had no idea things had been rescheduled. Doesnt sound like they have control of what is happening on the property. But She so "graciously"said I wasnt going to be charged the towing fee....... obviously I shouldnt be charged the fee! I feel exhausted and didnt even argue, and the response to my previous review is only an example of how clueless everyone is. As if I should be thankful for them doing what they should of done in the first place, its their job!!!The problem is the lack of proper communication, respect towards their costumers/tenants and the timeliness of their actions.
