I know they are for professionals, but I have a friend that is a licensed hairdresser. I was just looking for product to tell my friend what I needed but they wouldn't even let me look. Very rude and condescending. I said "can't I even look?" "No, those are the rules!" The rules? Who do they think they are? They aren't that important in the scheme of things so why do they make themselves seem so important? Honestly I hope they close down. They don't deserve anyone's business.
