Got this place for a pretty decent rate through Hotwire and it fit the bill. It was advertised as a "boutique" hotel on Hotwire - totally not sure why. Overall, my stay was good. Check-in was quick, room was clean and had all of the usual fixtures. Bathroom was plain, but clean (most important in my opinion). I appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room. Free (ample) parking and free WiFi - awesome. The elevators were slow...very slow...so slow, I just took the stairs and found a lot of other people doing the same. I am going to diverge from my fellow Yelpers - the air conditioner was loud, but I liked it, it drowned out the noise from the road and made my sleep a little better. I witnessed the front desk clerk deal with a pretty unreasonable patron and she did so calmly and professionally. The location is central to the 202 and the 51 - easy for me to get to the airport and work. No complaints from me, I would stay again for the same reasonable rate.
