I went in here looking for a loan officer as a first time homebuyer. I met with Matt R. He seemed completely disinterested, provided me with false information that I cant find anywhere, and never even asked for my info to follow-up. I tried contacting him by email asking him where I can find these first time homebuyer programs because the website he gave me was for a town in CT and had nothing to do with buying a home! But, never got a response. The reviews are what made me want to go with Starboard Financial, but I see now they are probably fake and done by employees and their families. I found a loan officer elsewhere that provided me with several options as a first-time homebuyer and has kept in contact helping me through the process.
