I can honestly say I have not had a good experience at the Roman Candle, correction, I had one....at the original on Willy Street. The other 3 have been awful. Food might have been great, but the bad customer service outweighed the quality of the food.
Experience summary:
1) too much butt crack at the middleton location
2) lost my pizza order on Super Bowl night. had to wait for it....luckily I have dvr.
3) first worker was too incompetent to tell me where they deliver, and the second employee hung up on me when I was trying to give them my pizza order. I told the manager I gave them 3 chances and I won't give them anymore. Glass Nickel for life.
