I don't know why so many people are pooh-poohing the front office staff here. I think they're amazing! I have been going here after I followed Dr Eric Hazelrigg here. This morning I came in for an appointment that had been canceled, but I hadn't been notified. I'll admit I was a little irked, and probably a little exasperated. There were three or four ladies at the front desk who in my opinion went out of their way to find me another appointment and to reschedule one my daughter had as well, to help accommodate my schedule. These ladies are amazing, they probably have to deal with cranky people like me all dayLong, and they do it with a smile on their face. Kudos ladies, you are doing an amazing job!
