I would like to start by saying I normally enjoy this chain restaurant but this location was simply dreadful. On this occasion I ordered the chicken finger basket. When the strips came out they were noticeably BURNED, the waitress dropped them so quickly that I didn't get the opportunity to point this out. I figured I would say something next time she came by to check on us or refill our drinks but we didn't see her until she gave us our check. She asked if she could box my strips for me and I said, no, they were burned. She looked down and said, "oh they are, well our chicken strips aren't good here anyway." What kind of service is that!?! It was not clean, the bathrooms smelled and the table and booth were grimy. There was nothing positive I could say about this location.
