I live close to this location so I pop in once in a while with my bf. We ordered over the phone for pick up this time and the person on the line did not know what they were talking about, and did not know what my order consisted of when asked. At the end of the call he did not give us an approximate time our food would be ready so we showed up 20 minutes after ordering. We ended up waiting there over an hour to receive our food without anyone checking on us or apologizing in any way. I would understand more if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn't. Customer service at this location is seriously lacking. Won't be returning.
