I' ve never been so stressed and confused at an airport until i had to fly out of toronto. We thought 2 hours would be more than enough time, in fact, it usually takes me only less than an hour to check in and wait for my plane to arrive, but just checking in my bag and passports took one whole hour, then tsa another half hour, and yet again go to an automated kiosk to check in and get receipts for our passports, then again to have our passports checked in with the kiosk receipt another half hour.
The long lines are confusing, and the kiosks for passports are confusing. They should bypass one step to not make people go through a maze and wait in long lines to nearly missed their flight.
