Very poor customer service at W. Charleston location in Las Vegas. Wanted to take advantage of $4.99 spike replacement special. Only one service technician and he was on the phone for 5 minutes. When he finally got off, his response was, "I'll get to you when I can." After waiting for several minutes, I purchased the spikes and ended up replacing them myself. Also the cashier's attitude was such that she didn't want to be there. They get one star for location and selection.
