Poorly managed in my opinion. Maybe the evening staff I encounter are worse than the day shift, that's the only way I can rationalize some people's good reviews. This location has a lot of potential and is often on my commute but I've just about run out of patience.
Most of the time there is just ONE employee juggling the counter AND the dirve-thru AND the prep AND the cleaning, leading to UNACCEPTABLE wait times and rushed, tense service. The feature coffee is seldom available in the evening, same for the decaf. Not acceptable at the premium price point.
The space is great, has both a front patio and a very cozy. shaded back yard, but the patio isn't equipped half the time and the back yard never is - presumably to save work by not bringing the furniture in & out. Not a big deal to me as I prefer to drink indoors but it reeks of a stingy, greedy cynicism from the franchise owner.
