I scheduled an appointment and was very specific about what I wanted. I was,quoted a price and was guaranteed it wouldn't be more than that quote. Upon arrival, alissa, who I had the appointment with, told me they hadn't scheduled enough time to do what I specifically made the appointment for. Then, I was told it would cost $180.00 more than I was quoted and guaranteed. I had verified everything prior to coming here, as I had to drive all the way down from prescott for this appointment, which they knew. Tha manager apologized and offered a 10% discount, like that would somehow make up for their mistake. Her excuse??? The guy who answered the phone is new and in training and shouldn't have quoted me a price!! Like I have control over who answers their phone? This cost me a 4 hour road trip, 4 hours of my time, and extreme aggravation. I would give negative stars if I could. Very poor, beware of this place!!!
