Went with a group of friends last night and overall was not impressed. On the positive side, the view of the strip from the balconies is gorgeous. That said - the food and service was disappointing. The waiter asked if we had time bound plans after dinner and we said no. It was a mistake to be honest. It took almost 90 minutes from the time we got there until we got our food. When it did come, the fish was overdone for one guest, the steak was underdone for another, and the rest was just ok. They had run out of iceberg for their wedge salad which we were told about before we ordered, but they also apparently ran out of romaine for the Caesar as well - which we learned of when it arrived with baby lettuce. I get it's a first world problem but when the prices are high - so are the expectations. That said the asparagus and tempura cauliflower were great. The kitchen really needs to tighten up their operations and their management team could do better at service recovery. I won't be rushing back.
