I'm giving them 3 stars for very specific reasons:
1) The guy said my tire would be done in an hour but I waited there for over 2 hours. It wasn't a big deal since I brought my study materials there.
2) The guy who did my tire did a good job but the finished project didn't look all that great. But all I was concerned with was my safety so I didn't think it was a big deal.
3) I do not know much about cars. My dad checked my tires a week after I got it done and he realized that ALL my chrome caps (where you put air in) were all switched with plastic ones. I thought this was weird considering they only worked on one tire... So I called to let the manager know what happened. David was very nice about this & said to go to discount tires & they will take care of me. If he wasn't so nice, this would probably be a very angry review. The service is good! Just some unfortunate events is all.
