I have tried Kaya on two different occasions and was disappointed in the service and food each time. The first time I sat at the bar, the second at a table. Both times the staff were unfriendly and the second, actually rude. Kaya has a pretty large menu, though I was disappointed by all 3 meals I tried (a few different tacos and the hush puppies). Ambiance is OK. The location in the Strip is great but I wouldn't return unless the menu has changed and no other alternatives are available. For perspective: I love eating local, nutrious food, trying new food, and ambiance. I travel domestically quite a bit and eat out a few times a week.
