It's very rare for me to give a 1 star. If I happen to feel a spot is a 1 star rating I'll return to see if anything is different. So I used Yelp to find this place of course it had a fair amount of stars and reviews. Although my arrangement was beautiful the customer service was very very very far from that. My family in total ordered 4 sprays for my uncles funeral all were about $200+ each. I ordered one that was 200 then got a call that it was 275 and honestly between funeral arrangements, grieving and trying to remain sane in regards to this sudden death I paid the extra $75. They called me countless times to confirm my order and I even received a call reordering a cross shaped arrangement they allegedly believed I ordered. Mind you my family and I religious beliefs do not correlate with the cross. So I remained calm the whole duration of my simple order being overly complicated because of the lack of communication amongst the individuals who work here. The day of burial services arrived and I just lost it. The arrangement I ordered was not displayed out on the burial site along side the 3 other arrangements there. I frantically called them and asked where my arrangement as the burial service was heading out the doors. I was so disappointed in them for not ensuring my order was with the rest of the order. All I got from them during my call is oh we delivered it and someone with the last name Rodriguez signed for them. I had to track down the Palms Mortuary to assist with finding my arrangement that the florist had mislabeled and it was at a different service. I am so disappointed that this florist failed me on such an important day. I mean who does that? Along side all the commotion I was dealing with this should've been the last of my worries. My flowers made it to the grave site after the services. I need received a follow up call and or an apology from this place. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.
