I stopped by this Safeway today to send two faxes. It's nothing new, I have come to this Safeway and others and faxed, no problem. Today, manager Jaimes/Jamie (not sure of his name), first told me that they do not fax anymore, much to the dismay of his co-worker, who corrected him. I then gave him my two faxes, going to two different places. He gave them to his co-worker who faxed them to the wrong place AND didn't notice that the fax was two-sided. When I brought this to the managers attention, he blamed me. No apology and please pay us. These two are idiots that lack any shred of intelligence and customer service skills. I won't be going to this over-priced grocery store for any reason now. The level of ineptitude is ridiculous.
