I tried Nailsense because of the majority of great reviews on both the waxing and nail services. I had both: Waxing was done by Kim who has a great technique. She was thorough, clean, makes you feel comfortable, and I would certainly go back to her. Nail service, here is where I am having a problem - I had both mani / pedi. The pedi was not thorough - there was only pumice underneath, no scraping of the dead skin, and very little clean-up of the cuticles and nails. The mani was way too quick and there was little to no cuticle work. Oil was applied but there was no cuticle work, hang nail clean-up, in fact I had to ask for that AFTER the polish was applied... I am not impressed. I tried to like everything about this place because the environment is certainly clean, the owner is friendly and service oriented, the technicians try hard to please you, but I could not get past the fact that the basic mani-pedi work was just not done. For efficiency, I like to get wax and nails done at the same place - I recommend the waxing services here... the nails, I am not sold on. I would give it a 2.5 star.
