It was easy to make an appointment. I got Eri as my stylist, and she's great! I was able to communicate with her as to what I wanted, and she would give me recommendations as to what I should and shouldn't do with my hair. I loved the end product, and she was friendly and easy to talk to. I was charged $35 for a women's cut, and it was $20 for men's.
My boyfriend got Kisa as his hairstylist. Her English wasn't too great, and even with photos, she couldn't fix it into the way he wanted his hair to be (I.e. having a line in the haircut, or a hard part). As for the fading part, the salon doesn't have 0.5cm clipper, which is what my boyfriend usually gets. I think house hairstyle at the end looked fine, but he thought it could be better.
I would definitely recommend Eri!
