I went to the drive thru and ordered an egg McMuffin with fries. I was told I can't get fries with this meal even though at other mcdonalds I am always asked "Do you want fries of a hash brown" I paid and went to the next window and was told they don't have my food ready so I had to pull up around the parking lot into a drive thru space. Other people had parked in this space ignoring the sign so I pulled into a spot next to it. After 10 min of waiting I went inside to see what was going on. The lady didn't say anything or apologize just handed me my food. I took it back to my car and found my food was cold probably because it was sitting out for 10-15 minutes. I really don't expect a lot from a mcdonalds but this was ridiculous.
