I'm a dad to 1.5 year old twins and I'm so thankful to have found this place! The twins have figured out they outnumber me, so having an indoor play area for their age group has been a lifesaver. I've tried a few other places and what's really nice about Giggles N Hugs is that it's not overrun by bigger kids. It caters to the diaper-wearing crowd and has several toys and activities perfect for them. And when the twins split up? As was mentioned in the previous post there are very few hidden areas and I can find the wanderer quickly. The owner is a parent herself and engages with all of her patrons. She knows my twins by name and the personal touch is nice. She keeps the entire facility very clean which I very much appreciate. She also cleans up after the kids once they've left an area and tries to keep things in order so it's nice when the next child wanders over to play. The cost is comparable to Kids Kingdom (which is another great indoor play area, but across town from us). I purchased the unlimited visit package and we visit a few times a week before naps to wear them down. I would suggest calling or checking their facebook page on the weekends to make sure they aren't hosting a private party. Oh, and bring socks, both for the parent and the child.
