ROACHES EVERYWHERE!
I stay here 2x month and my last stay will be the last. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and when I turned the light on, ROACHES were everywhere! In the bathtub, sink, and worse, the bedroom! I must have counted over 20. I packed my stuff up and switched rooms. The next morning, I told the front desk what happened and still charged me for the room. I was told I would have to speak to the manager to see if they could do something about my stay.
I have made 4 attempts to contact the manager with no response including a dispute for a double charge on a previous stay. I still have yet to hear back from a manager, so I ended filing a dispute charge with my credit card company.
I really want to like this place, but management dropped the ball on customer service. Avoid this place if you don't want roaches and bed bugs in your suitcase.
