They showed up on time. Their answering service was very friendly. The cleaning staff that showed up was friendly. They did a good job cleaning and didn't break anything. They were willing to clean extra items since they had time left over. They're willing to clean walls and cabinets, etc. And they were willing to come to Forest Hills, while most other services were not.
I've hired a lot of cleaning services in various cities over the years, and I'm not sure whether this service is speedier than the others I've used, but they're probably the first service I've used that didn't break or scratch something.
