The first time I went there for getting pants hemmed, she was great. The second time I returned she charged me a lot. I guess she thought she would scam me because I didn't mention I was there before. Then she ruined my dress and when I asked her about prices in case I was misunderstanding the situation, she got very rude and angry. Hanna, remember we are paying you so try calmly speaking to your customers and stop being so nasty! That's not how you get business. Doubt she'll be in business much longer. You must pay her double the price than most places and ask no questions or else she'll get offended. It's dirty and disgusting where you change clothes, with needles everywhere! Not too smart when you have to take off your shoes while changing. She hates her job and people. She's simply there to get paid.
