Been going to this place for years, get my my son and my husbands costumes here every year, BUT last year was the very last I will be doing that. We were treated very poorly by one of the girls working the fitting rooms. Seemed like her lunch and other co workers were more important than her costumer service. I had my husband trying to zip the back of my costume up, when she shouted "only one person in at a time" which is perfectly acceptable, but when you're letting everyone else go in 2+ at a time is not okay. Costumer service is everything, and for that I will no longer continue business here or will I recommend anyone else too if they want good costumer service, this isn't the place for you.
