Less than 2 years ago I bought a $2k pillow top mattress. Less than a year later, I found myself unable to sleep on the bed because it had sunk in so many areas. We called to file a warranty claim and a tech came out and made some repairs. Less than a year after that and the bed is worse off than the first time. We wake up in pain and often end up preferring to sleep on the floor. I called to start a new warranty claim a few weeks ago and the tech came out and took measurements but then we heard nothing. I called to follow up and was told that it was not considered a defect because it was 1/2" depressed and it needed to be 3/4" depressed to be covered. The warranty supervisor said there was nothing she could do and to call the store I bought it from... this Ashley in Glendale at 67th Ave and Bell Rd. I will amend this review if/when the message I left it returned.
