I made a reservation via the OpenTable website...I took my gf here for a romantic lunch and they were closed. Traveled 35 minutes here to find the doors closed. We found a another lunch place that wasn't amazing and called it an afternoon. Kind of disappointing....but the next day I get a message from the owner/manager apologizing for not calling in advance to make we aware of the closure. I never attempted to contact the restaurant afterwards, this owner/manager called me on his own fruition. He sent me a handwritten note and a gift card to make up for the mistake. I haven't eaten here yet, but I can't wait. Just amazing customer service. What an upstanding and business savvy gentleman. Will post later after I experience their food!
