I got a pedicure with callus remover for $30.00 That night the skin on the balls and heels of my feet were peeling. The paint starting chipping off the next day. I went back and very nicely showed the owner the paint job that she had done the day before, and she said it looked nice. I said yes, except I think there is a problem with the bottle of polish and I showed her where 2 of the nails had already chipped and several of them were ready to. I asked her to repaint my toes with a different bottle of polish. She had to call over another nail tech to "interpret" for us. She said there is no guarantee on how long the polish last and if I want it to last longer for $15.00 they can repaint with gel polish. She want on about about how my shoes, or something I did may of made them chip. I again said I think there is a problem with the bottle of polish if all my nails are chipping or ready to chip 24 hours after they were painted, and that I would like them repainted with a different bottle of polish. I was told if they repainted my nails with a different color it would cost me $8.00. I told her I didn't need another color, I was fine with the color they used, but I wanted a different bottle of polish used so they don't chip again. She said they didn't have another bottle, so I either let repaint them with the same bottle, or I pay $8.00 for a different color. You could tell the owner was annoyed with me and quite a bit was said that was not interpreted. She would not budge on charging me to use a different bottle of polish. I will not be going back.
