I am a filipino who loves Lechon Kawali (Fried Pork Belly). I have eaten this dish my whole life so I think I know what a good lechon kawali is. When I ordered thier lechon kawali I did not expect much since I had not had a very good version since I moved to Arizona. After one bite... WOW! Let me tell you, Hey Joes version is one of the best I have eaten. It is soft but the skin is crisp at the same time. You don't even need sawsawan (dipping sauce) because the pork itself is very flavorful. This is one very good lechon kawali. Next time I am going to ask for extra rice.
