Massive mall with lots of high end stores and unique brands you likely won't see at other large malls. Parking is extremely difficult and an absolute mess on weekend and any holidays; just a note that their underground parking can get really messy. You'll probably see a tour group or two on any given visit to the mall.
The CONCEPT portion was hyped up to be an amazing snack area with Eva's Chimney cones, Uncle Tetsu and some other super unique snack stores, but it really only has 5 stores of which 90% of the people go for Uncle Tetsu and the chimney cones. They've also got 2 sweets and chocolates stores and Pie Squared there, but their customers seem to be missing.
