I would give them 0 star if I could ! My child and I went there on opening day, but nothing was ready, no food, drinks or games !! One family asked this man (He called himself an owner of this place) where to buy the tickets, then this redneck owner gave them a huge attitude and even told them to leave ! This guy obviously doesn't know what the customer service is or never learned how to do a business in a customer service industry. So this angry family told me about another pumpkin patch in the Centennial area (6400 Centennial Center Blvd). The other place was much much better than this redneck place and we all had a lot of fun !! If you go to this place, don't be surprised if you get treated with a huge attitude by a redneck owner !!!
