The hotel is very well located and within walking distance to various tourist spots in the city. The shopping mall below is very convenient.
We requested the hypo-allergenic room so we had to wait a bit to check in. The room was a good size but oddly shaped like a triangle so there was a chunk of wasted space. There was an air purifier in the room that would probably have worked if it was plugged in, but we were only there for 2 days and not usually in the room so we didn't bother. The shower head was not properly tightened when we first showered and the sink was a bit clogged. My cousin fixed the shower head and we requested maintenance for the sink.
Overall our stay was okay but I feel the room could have been cleaner. Also the elevators gave me the same feeling that I get when a roller coaster ride starts.
