I shop for makeup a this Macy's and their service is good when the associates feel like it. One day you go and receive good service other days you go and can't find associates in the floor to help you find the product your looking for. I was shopping and couldn't find anybody to assist me. I feel as if some associates don't want to approach you because they think you're there window shopping. Whatever the case, I wish they'd stop hiding and actually be attentive of the customers who have questions and inquiries.
